The 3*** Newbury Hotel is a beautiful 30 bedroom family run hotel located in the centre of Mullingar, County Westmeath. The hotel is close to the Railway Station and just a1 hour drive or train ride from Dublin. The Newbury Hotel brings you the pleasures of comfort in our beautifully appointed accommodation , good food in the bar and service in a relaxed and friendly environment throughout the hotel.

Our hotel accommodation includes a mix of family , double and twin rooms. We have a carpark that provides free guest parking and we have wifi throughout the hotel. In the basement of our hotel you will find the China Garden Chinese Restaurant, (Tel +353 4493 42888) which is open 7 days a week from 5pm till late.

Mullingar is the principal town in Co. Westmeath, and offers a huge variety of restaurants, pubs and nightlife. It’s beautiful lakes, rivers and waterways offer a wide variety of water sports as well as good quality angling. Boat hire is available on our lakes. Horse riding, Golf, Pitch & Putt, as well as Horse Racing in nearby Kilbeggan are in plentiful supply. You can take a walk along the royal canal which is beside the hotel, or if you prefer, you can browse the lovely shops and boutiques that line the streets of Mullingar.
