Cong Glamping offers beautiful glamping bell tents, 1 mile from Cong village – the only village featured on TripAdvisor’s top ten Irish destinations in 2018.

Each tent is fully furnished with a real a double bed and 2 single beds. The beds are fully dressed with linen and the tents have electricity. All guests need to bring is towels and toiletries. There are showers and toilets, a large self catering kitchen, dining room and BBQ area, sitting room, mini-cinema and children’s playground and children’s games room.

Cong Glamping is 5 minutes walk from Lough Corrib and The Lodge at Ashford Castle, which is the closest bar to the Glamping with a terrace overlooking the lake. Cong Glamping is only 10 minutes walk from Ashford Castle, where afternoon tea can be enjoyed in the most luxurious hotel in the world. There are plenty of outdoor activities in Cong to keep everyone entertained – hawk walks, kayaking, horse riding, tree climbing, zip wiring, archery and clay pigeon shooting. The John Wayne movie The Quiet Man was filmed in Cong, so film fans enjoy guided tours of the film locations. There are also plenty of pubs and restaurants.

The glamping is open from 10 May to 5 September annually.
